Film

Not So Fast: A Beijing engineering student falls for the beautiful girl and loses her so he enters a car race to win her back and wins, but ends up with the smart girl who helps him instead.

On the Line: A woman leaves her husband and daughter in China to come to the U.S. to further her writing career and to find herself. She instead falls for her older white landlord and her life is forever changed.

The Bet: An unlucky at love financial analyst loses his girl, but is given the chance by an unusual matchmaker to bet on love again. He makes his play and only ends up winning when he realizes love is more about work than it is about luck.

Mistress Village: A Taiwanese business man living in Monterey Park takes a mistress and ends up paying for it in more ways than one.

Burning Man: A young Chinese woman comes to the US to study business in Chicago and stops in LA to visit her cousin who will drive her there. Their car breaks down near the Burning Man festival and their lives take a turn.
